Hoy hemos hecho una actividad sobre cómo pedir direcciones: girar a la izquierda/derecha, preguntar “¿Dónde está el ____?”, y cosas así. Hace unas semanas preparé una actividad con un mapa en Scratch, donde había un sprite que se movía. Durante la mañana, pregunté a Masashi sensei si había algún cambio en el horario, pero me dijo que no. Además, me comentó que no tenía clase conmigo porque sería al día siguiente. Tampoco me di cuenta de que teníamos clase a primera hora, ya que en mi horario decía que empezaba en la segunda. Después, la señora de la oficina me llamó la atención para decirme que tenía clase con Yuuki sensei. Al comenzar la clase, no sabía qué hacer y tuve que improvisar. Al final lo hicimos, y también hubo que modificar el mapa para que la actividad fuera más fácil para los alumnos.

 Today, Masashi sensei asked me about the difference of the two sentences. 

This morning I saw Eri at the gate greeting the students. I wheeled in with my bike and passed by her greeting her good morning. I wanted to stay there to greet the students too but I decided against it since I wanted the vice principal to see that I arrived on time. After greeting the vp, I went back down to greet the students. Towa was there as well, he's the intern whos going to be here only until next week. 

 1-3, 2-1, 2-3 I still continued on with the  自己紹介 and I guess in general the students do not care much about me, or in general they seem to like me, like what Patrick said, they like me just for existing. I just noticed that the schedule keeps on changing and i think they print the schedule on a daily basis and its very hard for me to keep up.  Although yes there are students who are just annoying but yeah its like that. Anyway, I want to complain about the food because i do not want to eat rice every single day, and i think its going to be bad for my weight loss goal. The food is okay and i like it but then i cant keep on eating rice every single day. I dont know what to do. Maybe im going to ask them for just half the portion of rice because its too heavy for me. I need more protein. 

  We did the interactive quiz today which I made in genially and it went on without a hitch. Most of them if not everybody were participating, with some of them even excited about it. One item in the quiz required the students to draw the map of the Philippines from memory which I thought was really entertaining. Prior to this day, I gave them several examples of what map shapes of certain countries could look like a certain something. With the Philippine map looking like an old man with a cane.  I honestly think the students are warming up to me, kind of. I've been to 2nd grade and 3rd grade. Noah commented how he thought my students were kind of scary. I dont think so to be honest especially since I had worked with high school students in the past.
